The carpet is unraveling and coming away from the floor along the edges of the hallway. It started where the hall bathroom and the hall meet and that is where it is the worst revealing and making the pointed tacks meet peoples feet. The other places are along the baseboards in the hallway. This stated shortly after the hall bathroom shower had flooded the hall and surrounding areas. The water pooled in the back bedroom closet adjacent to that shower but did not appear as quickly in the hall. It did finally come up in the hall but we cleaned it and shampooed the carpet. After that flooding, is when the carpet started revealing discolored spots and coming away from the floor. We have already cleaned up the dirty appliances and the holes I the walls were small from pictures so don't need to be repaired. I wanted to bring this to your attention so we wouldn't be held responsible on move out. There are cracks in the tiles and ceiling probably due to the foundation shifting and no action needs to happen at this time. Hello, the wires on the sensor are not loose; they were just reconnected with the last work order. It seems that the wheel or track on the left side is bent, and the door gets "caught" on its way down, then automatically goes back up. I've verified that nothing is in the way to prevent closure.
