Tenant reported possible water leak causing damage to baseboards. Other side of damage baseboards is the exterior. Need to inspect for any possible water intrusion/ improper sealing or exterior damage. Take photos of exterior windows/siding, any issues seen. Please go over questionnaire in link above with tenant, answering all questions to the best of there ability and upload any photos needed. Baseboards along wall next to dining table and partial next to pantry will have to be replaced here at King. I didn't find anyleaks coming from kitchen sink, dishwasher, refrigerator or the laundryroom. After troubleshooting the sprinkler heads along the side of the house the were shooting up underneath the siding. I adjusted the spelrinkker heads so that they don't spray up under the siding. That's the only thing that I could see maybe the possible water that's damaging baseboards.
