Tenant reported possible water leak causing damage to baseboards.
Other side of damage baseboards is the exterior. Need to inspect for any possible water intrusion/ improper sealing or exterior damage. Take photos of exterior windows/siding, any issues seen.

Baseboards along wall next to dining table and partial next to pantry will have to be replaced here at King. I didn't find anyleaks coming from kitchen sink, dishwasher, refrigerator or the laundryroom. After troubleshooting the sprinkler heads along the side of the house the were shooting up underneath the siding. I adjusted the spelrinkker heads so that they don't spray up under the siding. That's the only thing that I could see maybe the possible water that's damaging baseboards.
