When I arrived there was a section already removed from maintenance tech. After removing another section of sheetrock and removing the 2x6 section and the 2x4 section I found that the supply lines to the manifold were both leaking. There was a puddle of water that could be seen from opeing the the ceiling downstairs. I vaccummed up as much water as I could from upstairs opening and put a tray where one of the leaks to the nanifold could leak into instead of onto the downstairs ceiling sheetrock.
Sent estimate for repair to maintenance coordinator.
