Resident said: Kitchen windows not aligned Additional Details: Window pane screen not aligned and I can't let Window up without bugs coming in. Resident said: Concrete in the back yard and fence board need replacing. Additional Details: The landlord has someone come out in October 2025 for the sprinkler system and they never fixed the concrete back. I am also still waiting for the invoices for the extremely high water bills o had from August through September. The city of Aubrey was involved.
