We have already cleaned up the dirty appliances and the holes I the walls were small from pictures so don't need to be repaired. I wanted to bring this to your attention so we wouldn't be held responsible on move out. There are cracks in the tiles and ceiling probably due to the foundation shifting and no action needs to happen at this time. I wanted to add the paint on the front door has bubbles that will eventually pop.
