Hi Destiny, thanks for reporting the AC issue. Can you check if the thermostat’s circuit breaker or fuse is on and reset if needed? Sometimes the display stays blank if it’s not getting power. Thanks, and we will follow up. -RR

I spoke with resident Destiny Cooper at (469) 712-3380. She reported that the thermostat had no batteries, so she added them, but it still isn't functioning. She also tried flipping the breaker, but the issue persists. -JB
