1 - tenant reporting that after they take showers when they are done there is a rotten egg smell. Issue has been on going. 2 - 3rd floor guest bathroom toilet takes 3 to 4 flushes before it fully flushes 3 - 3rd floor guest bathroom shower lower water pressure 4 - flood light outside garage is out 5 - Ceiling on the 2nd has water stain 6 - 2nd & 3rd floor doors do not stay locked nor closed (when a gust of wind blows the doors come open)
