Thank you for providing the photos. I have a question regarding the hot water issue: Is the lack of hot water limited to the shower, or is it affecting all sinks as well?

It is affecting the sinks as well , there's no hot water in the sink or the shower

There is not hot water at all just cold all through out the unit , an the toilet making a sound
