1 - Living room severely scratched floors, bracket on door blinds needs to be secured/replaced, skylight appears to have previous water damage, dust tenderals hanging from fireplace screen, not sure last time chimney was swept, pests in all rooms (spiders, beetles, roaches, etc)
2 - Kitchen spider webs/cob webs in cabinets, bottom of cabinet near fridge appears warped and uneven from previous water damage, microwave is missing carousel plate, refrigerator is dented on the front and needs water filter replacement and one door bin in the freezer is not secure and keeps falling off, no hot water in kitchen sink, sink caulk has holes and is coming away from the surface, screen on ground below window, damaged drywall in pantry, some ceramic tiles are cracked
3 - Master bath: bathtub only half of cold water faucet (no handle), numerous burnt out bulbs (vanity and maybe closet), light fixture above shower coming away from ceiling, shower door has film on it that shouldn't be there, some ceramic tiles are cracked
2nd bath: burns on vanity counter, 4 out of 6 bulbs burned out, chipped bathtub, some ceramic tiles are cracked
4 - Bedroom 1 fan pulls are too high and fan speed cannot be adjusted
5 - Bedroom 2 closet door won't latch, screen off window and on ground
6 - Bedroom 3 blinds don't open properly
7 - driveway floods in heavy rain, gutters are overflowing with leaves, garage is heavily stained with oil, we were only given one front door key (had to make more), garage door opener does not work (been told it needs to be reprogrammed, but nothing was conveyed on how to do that)
8 - "grass" severely overgrown and not much actual grass, back porch loaded with wasp nests (since has been addressed). PS. we spent $200 to have the lawn cleaned up just to discover it's mostly dirt; weather stripping on back door is shredded, all windows in the house are dirty
9 - There is a burst sprinkler head in the front yard.
