If you still have the lockbox and can leave a key behind for the technician to enter that would work, otherwise someone will need to be home for allowing access.

I will see what I can do if somebody can be there . But yes I have lockbox that still needs to be r removed I can find a spot to leave key if need be but it is my only one key have not made copy's yet .

Thank you Ma’am, If you can leave the key in the lockbox I show the code was 5519, I can have the technician remove the key and place the key back in the lockbox. And we can schedule next week to remove the lockbox. As long as you have arrangements for your pup. I appreciate you trying to work with us on this!
