Hi Michelle, thanks for reporting the water heater leak. If possible, try to locate the water shutoff valve near the heater and turn it off to prevent further leaking. If you have trouble finding the valve, it’s usually a small lever or knob on a pipe above the heater. Thanks, and we will follow up. -RR

@Dante Roark Hello the tenant at 3421 Meadowmoor Street, Fort Worth, TX, 76133 reported that they water heater is leaking from the top since moving in a week ago, I called the Home Warranty but the representative told me that we are not allowed or authorized the place a claim only the account holder.
