Replace 3 damaged blinds throughout unit. Adjust laundry room doorknob to not fall off. Resident said: There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen The blinds are falling apart in the living room and bedroom. The washer sometimes doesnt rinse clothes and just leaves them full of water. The dryer doesnt dry clothes efficiently. It takes two cycles or more to get clothes dry. I thought more work was being done on the laundry room as it generally in rough shape but that doesnt seem to be the case. The door knob also falls apart every time you use the laundry room. Additional Details: There is no exhaust fan. The blinds are old and cheap and falling apart. The laundry room is in bad shape all around. Added photos of the blinds. Not sure how to photograph the lack of an exhaust fan. There is a touch sensor for one, but it doesnt seem to work, and there's no sign of a vent or exhaust pipe.
