We flushed the main drain line to clear out the blockage. We observed that the tenant’s current filter is low-quality, allowing dust to reach the coil. This dust ends up in the condensation trap, causing water overflow and leaks. We recommend upgrading to a higher-quality filter to prevent future issues.
