Can’t do any pictures at the moment I’m at work until 5. Any way you can swing by around then and take a look at it? It’s a constant slow run not just a leak

Unfortunately our technicians day ends at 5 as well and today I wouldn’t be able to have anyone stop by as of now. If you would be able to send a video when you get home tonight, That will help us determine the best course of action to proceed with repairs. Thank you!

Is this the master bathroom tub or the guest? Also do the knobs feel like they are closed all the way? Were you by chance able to tell if it was hot water or cold water that was leaking out?

Guest restroom. Yes both the knobs are fully turned to off position & it's still running hot water.
