Trying to figure out what’s going on plumber left without saying anything and I’m sitting in the back room at work. Left water in my machine and I’m not understanding the issue of problem being resolved 2nd person to come and look at the same thing and leave with nothing being fixed. Somebody need to explain something!

Good afternoon, The plumbers have received the necessary approval from the owner to access the roof vent for extended snake access. We are currently awaiting confirmation on their return schedule to proceed with addressing the issue. Thank you for your patience.

Still not understanding if the first maintenance tech said water lines have breaks and need to be replaced are you actually sure snaking the vent is going to fix the problem?

The plumbers were unable to identify any water line breaks today due to a blockage, They also could not unclog blockage with 30ft line. To address this, they plan to use roof vent access to clear the blockage, which will then allow them to use a longer camera to properly identify any intrusions or breaks for necessary repairs. They are looking to reschedule at a time that suits your work schedule. They are available to return either tomorrow between 2 PM and 3 PM or on Wednesday between 4 PM and 5 PM. Please confirm which time works best for you.
