In this instance someone would need to be at the home to allow access for the technician if possible. Or if you do still have a lockbox if you could leave a key in the lockbox for access we could enter that way.

I will leave a key under the mat. Thank you! To confirm, there is a sewage smell coming from the master sink. And that same sink has not had hot water since I've lived there but just now requesting to have it addressed. Thank you!
