Resident said: tub/shower floor is leaking Additional Details: Tiled walk in shower. Grout has cracks and chips along peeimiter of shower floor. Water is leaking underneath tile floor and into the wall, causing it to drain into the bedroom. Issue has been ongoing for weeks. Previous 3 repairs have not fixed the issue. Probable Diagnosis: Tub Shower Leaking Crack MAX™ Also Learned: - Leaks only when in use Troubleshooting Steps: - Confirms leaking water is draining from tub/shower - Water leaking from crack in tub/shower Permission to Enter: Yes

When I arrived and began to troubleshoot where else leak maybe coming from i found that there was more cracks in the grout around walls where shower faucet is. I added silicone sealant around all the edges to shower and where glass sits. Advised tenant to give about 4-5 hours before they use it and to keep an eye out to see if still leaks after this.
