Resident said: Gutter Additional Details: When we rejected the place there was one area of leak and i belive the ac humidity water is emptied in this gutter. The issue is that the gutter now just leaks on the wooden deck and get water collected underneath the wooden deck. All this water in the gutter and underneath the wooden deck is causing a lot of mosquitoes in the backyard and it's becoming extremely difficult to kill them let alot deter them. We get eaten alive when we step outside now Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: You xan only enter if we are home. Backyard is locked and is not accessible without permission

Let me know if you need more pictures. The gutter or the AC is still leaking causing this rust and the water getting collected below the wooden baseboard. So really nothing changed
