Tenant just moved in yesterday. She reported that the AC in her new apartment is not turning on at all, including the fan, despite the thermostat working. She mentioned a previous check by maintenance before her move-in, with no updates provided. Tenant requested for technician to contact her prior to arrival, and she authorized access to the apartment without her being present, as she works until 8 PM. - OB

Hi Heather, thanks for reporting the AC not cooling. Since the electrical side checks out, can you see if the thermostat is set to cool and the fan is running? Also, check if the air filter looks clogged or dirty. Thanks, and we will follow up. -RR
