So I checked Best Buy and found an Insignia brand that will cost $601 delivered and installed, and removal of old machine. The site lets you select a date as early as 3/9. I would like to request that my home be inspected for roaches first, as I have not seen any since moving in. If roaches caused the stove problem, they would have had to be present prior to my tenancy, as I have not been here long enough for such an issue to develop. Furthermore, roaches do not typically chew wires; the stove appears to simply have a short on the circuit board. I would not have moved in if I had seen roaches at the start of my lease.  12041110 I contacted the pest control company and spoke with the customer service rep left my name and number and no one called or came by Monday or today.. now it's been 2 weeks I've been having the window open in that room since.. it's been cold and I wasn't able to turn on any heat upstairs cause I didn't want the smell to travel no where else... I don't know what's going on with critter control.. no one has gotten in contact with me..

 12134638 Hi, I am not "rejecting" this per se (I cannot only comment), I do want to take care of this. However, it appears an identical or very similar fix was implemented back in Oct 2025 for $625. Two follow-ups: 1) Do we need a more permanent solution for the HVAC system? Is it due to be replaced? 2) Any reason why the price rose considerably? Can we negotiate with the supplier or identify another one for the summary repairs, that again appear nearly the same as the Oct HVAC fix?
