Resident said: kitchen outlet is not working Additional Details: It’s been two days now that it hasn’t worked. On the side where the sink is nothing works over there on the opposite side. It works. I’ve tried to reset the breakers. I went to the breaker box and reset everything turned it off and back on it’s not working Probable Diagnosis: Outlet issue lightswitch diy fail Troubleshooting Steps: - Problem outlet not gfci but sees gfci outlet nearby - Tried but failed to reset gfci - Tried but failed to reset breaker - Nearby switch flipped, outlet still not working Permission to Enter: Yes

Good morning, We are actively addressing the issue and will schedule a technician at the earliest available opportunity. In the meantime, could you please confirm that you have attempted all troubleshooting steps, including: Reset GFCI Outlets: Locate all outlets in the kitchen with small "Test" and "Reset" buttons. A single tripped GFCI can cut power to several other outlets downstream. Check the Main Panel: Look for a circuit breaker that has tripped to the middle position or fully off. Flip it back to "ON". Check Surrounding Rooms: Sometimes kitchen outlets are chained to GFCI outlets in nearby bathrooms, garages, or laundry rooms.
