3901 Royal Crest Drive UNIT 1

When I arrived tenant said that still leaking was less but still had some water coming out. I removed a section of baseboard and quarter round and removed a section of sheetrock from behind baseboard that was removed. I could see where there was a small drip of water droplets and was lining up to where the door frame was secured to wall. After looking around door frame I found that there was two section of door frame that had small opening and when I tested those section there was water dripping down the 2x4 and into the bedroom side wall. I also found that the bottom weather strip of shower door was not down far enough to keep water from going outside and pooling on the corner of the shower and baseboard and the weather strip was short on one side. Installed a second weather strip and adjusted weather strip and then caulked both sides of door frame where opening where. Vaccumed all the water from the inside wall between bathroom and bedroom and left a fan to dry up fir 24 hours. Next day came back and retested shower areas where repair was done and no leaks were found in repaired section. Installed new sheetrock where sheetrock was removed previously because was very wet.I treated the bedroom wall and baseboard again and reinstalled the quarter round
