Is it possible to have them come by a little later than 11 ? Also may I ask what an annual inspection is? I apologize I don’t believe I have had that in my time here

I could do 1-3pm if this would work better? The Annual inspection is something we do where the inspector will come out inspect the Interior and Exterior of the home and suggest any preventative maintenance or other items that may need to be addressed. We will take this inspection to the owner and see what we will be able to address overall.
