Resident said: The light over the stove still won't turn on Additional Details: I have previously submitted a maintenance request for this issue and we got it working then, but it stopped working shortly thereafter. The light connected to the bom of the microwave over the stove in the kitchen won't turn on. Probable Diagnosis: Light Not Turning On Troubleshooting Steps: - Did not try to replace light bulb Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: I am having surgery Thursday and will be out of the house for 3 days. You absolutely have permission to enter my home while I am gone. I have 2 non-aggressive dogs.

The model number is usually located inside the door frame, on the interior walls (typically the left side), on the back exterior panel, or on the bottom for over-the-range models.
