I just received a new rubber piece from GE came fed ex. Are we to install this? Also who is going to secure the dishwasher in the spot? The dishwasher is way to small for the hole under the counter that it goes. So the last person that installed it just pushed the dishwasher into the hole and left it. When you open the dishwasher it comes out of the hole.

Dear Theresa, Please be informed that the GE vendor is scheduled to arrive tomorrow between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. They will provide a 45-minute notice before their arrival. The vendor will be installing the new rubber gasket and making necessary adjustments to the dishwasher. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
