Remove and haul away damaged fencing, Replace 5 panels, 1 post for gate, and build 2 new gates with new hardware, 2x4s, and pickets.
Deep clean and paint walls entirely 1 coat color match.
Sweep ceiling to clear dust and build up. (vaulted ceiling specialty equipment needed.)
Deep clean,Repair, and paint doors,trim, and casing as needed including garage man door. Alert Blue Atlas if further action is needed.
Re-paint front door exterior with closest possible color match. including casings and trim. Contractor will match visually.
Deep clean, Replace missing,Caulk and paint Baseboards throughout unit.
Deep clean and paint all window sills throughout
Deep clean kitchen cabinets and drawers, Interior and Exterior with a melamine sponge to remove staining and grime, Touch up paint as needed, Alert Blue Atlas if further action is needed,
Resecure formica countertop end caps, Beginning to peel at time of inspection. (2)
Flush water heater - Drains and refills tank to remove calcium buildup

Install new ceiling fan in bedroom 2, missing at time of inspection leaving exposed wires.
Pre-make Ready deep clean focusing on flooring, Attempt to remove roughly 10 damaged flooring planks from Living room, Dining room and Kitchen as needed, Attempt to remove matching flooring from closet and install in damaged floor spots, find similar flooring to install in closet.
