Resident said: refrigerator is not turning on Additional Details: Both outlets behind the refrigerator are working as they provided power to a small lamp we used to test every outlet. The fridge also emits a powerful chemical smell like ozone or refrigerant. We recently within the past 3 days moved into this unit and whenI toured the apartment before applying on April 3rd, the fridge was the same way, with the smell and seemingly not being on. I’m not sure when exactly the refrigerator stopped working but that’s the earliest I noticed any issue. Probable Diagnosis: Refrigerator No Power Not Cooling Troubleshooting Steps: - Breaker reset but issue persists - Resident plugged into different outlet but fridge still not turning on Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: 1 small dog who will be kenneled
