Perform a pre make ready deep clean and gather all personal items left by tenant such as cleaning supplies, Chairs, Dresser,Bed frame,table,Mattress, and other misc items and trash. Haul away and dispose of items.
Deep clean and sanitize fridge and freezer interior, Excessive waste left inside.
Deep clean,Remove foreign objects,Seal holes,and paint all walls entirely throughout unit. 1 Coat color match
Replace front bedroom closet doors (2) 22”x80”, Damaged beyond repair at time of inspection.
Deep clean,repair, and paint all interior doors and casings throughout unit, 1 coat color match.
Re-paint front door exterior with closest possible color match. including casings and trim. Contractor will match visually.
Adjust front door striker plate to allow door to open, close, and latch properly.
Deep clean and paint shelving throughout unit.
Deep clean, Caulk and paint Baseboards throughout unit
Deep clean and paint window sills throughout unit.
Attempt to deep clean and shampoo carpet throughout unit, Alert Blue Atlas if further action is needed.
Replace, caulk, and paint plywood underneath kitchen sink 24”x33”
Deep clean and paint Kitchen cabinets and drawers interior and exterior entirely.
Deep clean, caulk and resurface tub. (Tub only)
Deep clean, treat and seal organic growth, and paint bathroom vanity entirely interior and exterior, Alert Blue Atlas if further action is needed.
Adjust vanity doors to open and close properly and adjust to be even when closed.

Replace 5 damaged/broken vinyl blinds throughout unit (4) 35" x 60" (2) 35.5" x 60"
Deep clean range and replace drip pans, Excessive damage to drip pans.
Replace fridge light bulb, Burnt out/missing at time of inspection.
Install air filter. Leave 2 spare filters in closet.
Install 3 smoke detectors throughout unit, missing at time of inspection.
Install 5 door stoppers throughout unit as needed.
Notes
Provide separate estimate for LVP flooring repairs after all items have been removed from inside of unit.
