Resident said: tub is clogged
Additional Details: It became clogged about 2 days ago after I pulled hair out with tweezers. I tried plugging the drain but gunk and debris fell from the face plug thingy.
Probable Diagnosis: Local clog
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Confirms this is the only clogged or slow-draining drain in home
- Faceplate lever stopper
- Did not try to unclog drain

Remove a 2x2 foot section of sheetrock from ceiling in unit 1 to gain access to drain to unit 2. Remove ptrap(castiron) and overflow drain(metal), cleanout all the buildup around walls to remaing castiron main drain. Install new pvc pipe, ptrap, and overflow. Test repair foe leaks if no leaks are found both section of sheetrock will be replaced and tape and bed, texture in unit 1, and paint in unit 1.
