1 - however rubber still loose on frame on front door
2 - door leading to wash area has a huge gap at bottom
3 - Living room Outlets - all work but some are plates are loose on 2
4 - Cabinets at bottom - poor condition appear to be microbial growth
5 - Stove - right rear burner smokes needs replacing poor condition appear
6 - Oven - okay condition besides rat droppings in side
7 - No smoke alarm in kitchen
8 - Microwave - old condition appears to be from the early 1900’s I will never use it!!! So I don’t know if it works or not stored at the bottom of kitchen closet and if landlord wants it he can have it back.
9 - Sinks - rust plumbing
10 - Bathtub/ shower fixtures - loose in master bath
11 - Toilet - bottom area no seal
12 - Master bathroom cabinet - poor condition and has a hole in wall - need repair
13 - Doors - ate up at the bottom including bottom of frame
14 - Door at bottom missing wood on both sides
15 - Floor - carpet in closet different color rats been eating on carpet
16 - Light fixture - missing string to turn on light
17 - Doors - ate up at the bottom
18 - Closet doors don’t close
19 - Bedroom 2 Door hardware - missing a piece of wood on frame
20 - Bedroom 2 Outlets/Switches - all work right side plug damaged but it works
21 - bedroom 3 Closet door - doesn’t close
22 - Closet - doors doesn’t close properly
23 - Back yard - was trashed and not grass wasn’t cut
Back of house has fungus and rotted wood
Patio shelf - rotted wood
Garage - walls and ceiling cracks and holes in several areas including microbial growth by water heater
Door leading to garage has cracks around inside frame
