Resident said: master bathroom sink is detached Additional Details: Water is turned off on the supply line. Minor water damage to the cabinet surface below. Supply line is entirely disconnected from the lead to the faucet. Uncertain as to cause. Issue began prior to move-in. Resident said: Damage to front door Additional Details: Issue was caused during move-in. We had some people helping to move in the fridge and it got caught on the door and bent the metal panel slightly. Resident said: The outlet in the master bathroom does not provide power. Additional Details: Issue should be trivial to replicate. Uncertain to cause. Issue began prior to move-in. Probable Diagnosis: Outlet issue lightswitch diy fail MAX™ Also Learned: - Outlet is not gfci Troubleshooting Steps: - Tried but failed to reset breaker - Nearby switch flipped, outlet still not working Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: No pets or security systems. We're still moving in - pardon the mess.
