Resident is reporting foundation issues with the home have gotten worse. There has been increased separation in the walls, and the brick in the backyard has pulled farther away from the house. The slope in the living room floor has become more noticeable. The doors are no longer closing properly, and the front door now has to be pulled open with great force. These are not minor cosmetic issues. They are ongoing structural problems that appear to be getting worse and are affecting the normal use and safety of the home. This email is to provide written notice that the condition has continued to deteriorate after the inspection and quote were already completed.
