Resident said: refrigerator is not cooling
Additional Details: The fridge and freezer are not cold. There are fan sounds as though it's trying but neither are. I have tried resetting the cooling knobs, waited 48 hours, no change. I tried it again, same 48 hour wait, no change to temp.
