Remove a 3'x3'x1' area around the plastic box around the secondary cutoff valve. Remove approximately 1-2 feet of broken copper pipe and the damaged cutoff valve. Replace with pex pipe and a new cutoff valve. Test repair for any leaks more leaks. If no leaks are found plastic box will be put back inn place and we will fill opening back with dirt that was removed.
