1 - The fireplace glass door is off track on the left side. 2 - No smoke alarm in kitchen. The stove back of the stove is severely grease stained. The upper oven doesn't heat up at all. When the lower oven starts to heat up, the oven beeps and flashes a message with a phone number to call for repair. There are cuts carved into both the freezer and refrigerator doors. The garbage disposal doesn't work. 3 - Second Bedroom The clothes bar is bent. 4 - There is writing and pictures drawn on the wall in the garage, and the wall is very dirty. Backyard light is hanging out of light fixture. The insulation is pulled away from the wall midway down to the bottom.
