Resident said: The shower drain is very slow to drain Additional Details: The water has always been a little slow to drain so I put a small screen over the drain and put liquid plumber down there twice and it seemed to get a bit better. Lately it has been slow to drain again so I reapplied liquid plumber twice and tried to snake it but I could only get the snake 1/2 way down the drain and ran into a place where I could no longer advance the snake at all and nothing came up. It feels like there is something blocking the pipe or that the pipe turns. All of my faucets smell like sewage and the water smells like sewage. The backup from the water not draining leaves a large amount of dirt and soap scum by the drain. In addition the faucet in the tub is loose.
