We failed the inspection at the this unit. Kindly address the following items before Mar 27. 1. Remove and haul away old worn wood for stairs. Level out ground Install new stair stringers at a distance of 36” apart from outside edge to outside edge. Cut 3 2”x10” steps and install. Install 7.5 balusters per side at a 4” gap to meet code regulations for handrail. Install 2”x6” for handrail tops. 2. Build and install new window screen to replace, missing window screen upstairs. Thank you!
