Perform a Pre-make ready deep clean, Gather all tenant items left behind such as pillows,plastic bins, security cameras and system, and other misc. trash inside and outside of the home in bags to haul away and dispose of.
Set Ozone machine for overnight treatment. Home has a strong odor throughout home.
Deep clean,Remove foreign objects,Seal holes,and paint all walls entirely throughout unit. 1 Coat color match (Owner will leave wall paint at home for paint ID.)
Sweep all ceiling debris with broom
Water damage in master bedroom and living room on ceiling , seal with kilz and Touch up paint , Alert Blue Atlas if further action is needed. (Owner will leave wall paint at home for paint ID.)
Deep clean, Remove foreign objects, Repair and paint all interior doors as well as casing,trim, and jambs
Deep clean, Caulk and touch up paint Baseboards throughout unit as needed.
Deep clean, Caulk and paint window sills throughout unit.
