Good evening, The property owner has decided not to approve the repair under the sink, as for the sink handle, does not appear to impede the use of the faucet. I am instructed not to dispatch maintenance unless the owner approves or if there is a genuine maintenance issue rendering the item unusable. Thank you for your understanding.
