I removed the two plastic caps but still backing up Probable Diagnosis: Local clog MAX™ Also Learned: - Pop-up stopper Troubleshooting Steps: - Confirms this is the only clogged or slow-draining drain in home - Resident removed stopper - Tried but failed to unclog drain Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: Pets but we'll remove them for the maintenance person.

When I arrived and began to run water in the drain the water would rise and drain very slowly and then stop all together. Removed the cover of the overflow and ran the drill snake into the overflow drain. Was very hard to push thru after trying a couple of times it finally pushed thru but would not advance forward. Began to pull snake line out and when it finally came out it brought out a toy. See pictures. Ran water again and was draining a little better but still was taking awhile to drain. Ran snake drill again and about 10 feet it pushed up against something and when snake finally pushed thru water began to drain properly. Ran water both thru spout and thru shower head and shiwed tenant that water was draining properly.
