Hello, we have received your maintenance request regarding your AC/Heating issue.  Can we make sure of the following real quick: If there is no power to the AC/Heating system, have you made sure to flip the breakers controlling the HVAC system and to check the thermostat batteries? HI Dante, I have double checked and flipped the breakers both for the HVAC system and smoke detector individually (TV in living room is not working again because of an electrical failure). Coincidentally, you were just here a few weeks ago to fix this very issue in the living room. I also just replaced the batteries so no issue there either. I have changed the filter recently as well.
