Hi! So that dryer cost me about $200-300. I really can’t spend more than that on it. I usually purchase dinged and dented units. I can purchase one from a local spot today and have my delivery guy arrange for delivering and installing it. I just need to coordinate with your team. Thanks! Sukhi

Hi Marisol, the property owner would like to replace the dryer with a comparable unit. They can deliver and install as soon as tomorrow between 10am-12pm, would you, or someone over the age of 18 be home to allow access at that time?

Out of curiosity, can you give me a break down for the cost of replacing? The local spot doesn’t have a good dryer. So I checked Best Buy and found an Insignia brand that will cost $601 delivered and installed, and removal of old machine. The site lets you select a date as early as 3/9. I can order it like that and update you on date of delivery. Or if your team wants to do that it’s fine with me also. Thanks! We are unable to match that price directly as we utilize Lowe's due to their superior delivery schedule. It may be more cost-effective for you to place the order directly. We can coordinate with residents to confirm their availability for delivery and installation.

Sounds good, I will order and coordinate w/ Best Buy. Their available dates are *3/9-3/14, 3/16-3/21; 3/23-3/28, 3/30-3/31*. Their delivery window is *7 AM to 7 PM*. Should I use my phone number as a delivery phone number, or should I use a contact number for someone in your office, or the tenant themselves? I feel like the tenants number may be the easiest. They will call on the date of delivery with a more narrow 4 hour window period for delivery and install. Can you also provide me with the Tenant's name and number so I can place that in the Special Delivery Notes? Thanks! Sukhi Dhesi

Hello Marisol, The vendor has proposed an alternative delivery date of Monday, March 9th, They also are available Tuesday- Friday, with a delivery window between 7 AM and 7 PM. They will provide a more specific 4-hour window on the day of delivery. What day works best for you or another adult be available at home to grant access during this time?
