Removed all the debris and grass from the side opening of the fence along side the garage to help drain any more rain waters(three more days of rain including today), laid a strip of weather taper along side the bottom edges of wall before laying 8 bags of sand along the edge of thr house to help prevent flooding into the house. Vaccumed water from livingroom, laundry room, and kitchen area, removed dishwasher again to vaccum underneath, and set up three fans to help dry out walls and legs of the sofa in the livingroom area. Installed an elbow spout to the gutter on the corner of garage to deviate water away from garage.

Kitchen and living room areas are experiencing flooding since recent rainfall began. Towels have been placed down by the tenant to manage water spillage from the back door. Water intrusion appears connected to ongoing employment issue repairs at the property. Internet service has been damaged due to water exposure affecting tenant's personal belongings. Weather Conditions and Ongoing Concerns: Rain is currently active at the property location. Continued rainfall is forecasted for the next several days creating urgency for repairs. Additional property damage is anticipated if flooding issue remains unresolved. -KC
