Good morning Qumeshia, Sorry to hear about this issue. Would you be able to give me a little more information? Have you replace the AC filter recently? Does it feel like air is blowing out of the vents at all? What do you have the thermostat set too and what is it currently reading at?

Yes I have the thermostat want go off it just stay if you cut it off also it's not getting cold the same problem goes on every other month
