The high-pressure switch had tripped. Upon checking, we noticed the condenser coil was extremely dirty. We removed the cover, thoroughly cleaned the coil, and afterward tested the unit again. We also found the system was low on refrigerant, so we added 1.5 pounds of R-410A. The system is now operating as it should.

Good morning Yolanda, Sorry to hear about this issue. Would you be able to give me a little more information? Have you replace the AC filter recently? Does it feel like air is blowing out of the vents at all? What do you have the thermostat set too and what is it currently reading at?

Yes. 72 reading at 83-85. Nothing is blowing.
