After replacing the filter, the system began cooling properly and the temperature started to drop Thermostat was set to “fan on” we changed it back to auto Note: If the system run with an extremely dirty air filter, it can cause damage to the system performance

Good morning Yolanda, Sorry to hear about this issue. Would you be able to give me a little more information? Have you replace the AC filter recently? Does it feel like air is blowing out of the vents at all? What do you have the thermostat set too and what is it currently reading at?
