Hi Destiny, thanks for reporting the overflowing toilet. If possible, try turning off the water supply valve behind the toilet to stop the flow and avoid more damage. If you can’t find it, try placing towels around the base to soak up water in the meantime. Thanks, and we will follow up. -RR
