Hi Destiny, thanks for reporting the power outage in your kitchen and living room. Since the breaker box was recently replaced, can you check if any individual breakers for those areas are switched off or tripped? Sometimes they need to be reset after work. Thanks, and we will follow up. -RR

Yes, we have tried this. The oven turns on for a few minutes but then it trips again. The outlet goes out then everything else. I'm concerned about wires at this point.

@EZ Repair @Cristian Rivera Was able to get ahold of Paschal, At the moment the only guaranteed appointment is for Monday 8am at the very latest. They are actively working on trying to get someone out there today still and have this unit on a “Move up list”, if something becomes available sooner they should reach out to the tenant directly to schedule.
