Resident said: The downstairs bathroom pocket door is off track because the roller has broken off again. Additional Details: I think the door is the issue. This was just fixed Less than 2 weeks ago. The top part of the door is brittle so I think it will continue to break off. I try not to use that bathroom because if the door falls off track while you are inside it's hard to get out of the bathroom. Probable Diagnosis: Inside door loose track MAX™ Also Learned: - Pocket door roller broken - Track missing Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: N/A
