1 - One light bulb in the dining area fixture does not work
2 - one stove knob is broken. Sink is clogged and garbage disposal does not work
3 - Toilet does not fully work: the tank does not refill immediately after flushing, and only refills partially after about an hour. One small drawer is broken inside. Visible crack in the sink.
4 - Room light does not work. Closet light has no switch or pull string.
5 - Stairs light does not turn on at night; unknown if it is controlled by a timer, sensor, or switch.
6 - Some window screens are detached.
